How Do I Know If I Need To Attend a Class This Year?
Your pesticide applicator license will give you all the information you need. Refer to the front of your applicator license card. To the right of your company name and address you will see the categories for which you are certified, and the date by which you need to “recertify” or take a class. If you are still unsure as to your recertification status, contact the MN Dept of Ag (651) 201-6615 or click here for online license lookup. Enter the person’s last name, click on the license number and you will see their recertification date.

Can I Transfer my Registration to a Different Workshop?
Registrants will be allowed to transfer their registration from one workshop to another without penalty as long as the change request is received by the MN PIE office no later than 10 working days prior to the program.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations will receive a full refund (minus $25 handling) if cancellation is received at least 10 working days prior to the event. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event, and no shows, will not be entitled to a refund.

Will I Receive a Registration Confirmation?
NO CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT. Your purchase order/cancelled check/credit card receipt will be proof of payment/registration. Please take note of program dates, locations and start times. A reminder email with necessary links and directions will be sent two weeks prior to events and again 2 days prior.

Will I Get a Receipt?
When you complete the online payment form, you will enter an email address of the card holder. This is where a receipt will be emailed when the transaction is complete. No receipt will be sent for mail in registrations.
